Shipping policy

A. Unless otherwise noted and subject to applicable restrictions, we ship items internationally, usually within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Tracking information will be sent after your order has been shipped. International customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes and duties.

B. When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the buyer, as long as that shipping address complies with the shipping restrictions on this website. Please note that if you are not at home when the product is delivered and/or no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be deposited through your letterbox, the courier will will leave a note informing you how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot. Please note, however, that our service is not necessarily a registered delivery service and that anyone at the designated delivery address can sign to receive the delivery. We will not be responsible for the loss or absence of an order that has been signed for and/or delivered to a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery. Additionally, we must receive a letter of refusal of receipt from you, the recipient, within 7 days of delivery to be able to make claims in the event of a lost order. Unfortunately, after this period, we will not be able to respond to such a complaint.

C. All purchases made on this website are made under a shipping contract. Therefore, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from this site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. It is your responsibility to file any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

D. Returns. Unless it is a final sale (e.g., limited release or sale marked at time of purchase), returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, salable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable). Altered clothing, special orders, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine whether returned merchandise is in salable condition. Returned goods must be shipped at your expense.
